Qualifying for the 2020 Eifel Grand Prix is set to soon get underway, with the late-addition of Nico Hulkenberg the story heading into the session. Deputising for the unwell Lance Stroll, Hulkenberg will drive for the third time this season for Racing Point, having filled-in for Sergio Perez at the British and 70th Anniversary Grands Prix due to a positive COVID-19 diagnosis. As a result the German will get another chance to end his Formula 1 record 181-race streak without a podium, although he will certainly be hard-pressed to do so having missed practice.
