George Russell says Williams’ “time will come” after asserting that the squad is making tangible progress with its 2020 Formula 1 challenger. Williams is the only team yet to score a point this season and last reached the top 10 in last year’s rain-hit German Grand Prix, which was held at Hockenheim.
