Michael Jordan buys NASCAR team and signs driver Bubba Wallace
Basketball legend Michael Jordan is hoping to improve diversity in NASCAR after teaming up with driver Denny Hamlin to create a new team for 2021 and signing African American Bubba Wallace to pilot the entry. A day after Jordan's former marketing manager Jefferson Slack joined Formula 1 team Racing Point as its new managing director, commercial and marketing, the six-time NBA finals MVP has now joined the motorsport community.
