Kvyat about home race: "I think the grandstand at Turn 3 is still named after me"

Daniil Kvyat is getting ready for his home Grand Prix in Sochi. The 26-year-old Russian expects a lot from the upcoming race, because he thinks AlphaTauri has narrowed the gap to the rest of midfield. Gap to midfield is minimal "I would say our car has been looking more competitive in these last few races, with continuous progress being made", says Kvyat in a preview of AlphaTauri on her website. According to the Russian, AlphaTauri is right behind the group with McLaren, Racing Point and Renault. "However, we are talking about very tiny margins.
