Ricciardo eager for ‘unknown' of new F1 venues

Daniel Ricciardo says he is eager to tackle more new and returning venues across the remainder of the 2020 Formula 1 season, following the sport’s first visit to Mugello. Formula 1’s original calendar was heavily restructured in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, with over half of the intended grands prix cancelled. After next weekend’s Russian Grand Prix at the Sochi Autodrom there will be several new or returning circuits across the rest of the season. The championship will end lengthy absences from the Nurburging, Imola and Istanbul Park and will visit Portugal’s Algarve circuit for the first time.
