Formula 1 teams get more space by striking cancellation of test

After the many blowouts during the first GP in England, the reputation of tyre supplier Pirelli didn't improve. Next week Pirelli originally planned a test with new tyre developments. Unfortunately that test is now off the track. Actually all Formula 1 teams would drive on a new prototype tyre during the second free practice session. But due to the late failure of several teams due to blowouts, that test is now cancelled and moved to Barcelona a week later.
