Brown: "Red Bull Racing big winner of the budget cap because of AlphaTauri"

Due to the coronavirus, Formula 1 has been at a standstill for a number of months. As a result, many teams lost valuable sponsor income. Several teams had to send team members on leave or dismiss staff. Now that we are finally racing again, teams are slowly looking to the future.
