Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto believes Carlos Sainz can become World Champion in the future, but not in 2021. The Spaniard signed a multi-year deal to replace Sebastian Vettel from 2021, a surprise deal since many expected Daniel Ricciardo to get the seat.
