ACI confirms extension to Monza's F1 contract

The Automobile Club d’Italia has confirmed that Formula 1’s Italian Grand Prix will continue to be held at Monza until at least 2025. Monza’s mayor Dario Allevi revealed last week that a one-year extension had been agreed to the original contract with Formula 1’s commercial rights holder Liberty Media. After years of uncertainty it was confirmed last September that the ACI and Formula 1 had reached a new five-year deal, covering 2020 to 2024.
