Ricciardo won't be number one at McLaren: ''Not as long as I'm team boss''

For a big contract and a two-year deal Daniel Ricciardo will go from Renault to McLaren in 2021, but anyone who thinks he can walk straight into the big contract as the new number one, is wrong. ''As long as I'm the team boss, no one at the start of the season will ever be the number one. If you still have such a long way to go as we have, you just have to have two strong drivers equal to each other, as Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris have already shown in 2019,'' says Andreas Seidl to Sky Sports.
