The Sun reports: 'Great Britain refuses to give F1 exception'

While Sky Sports previously reported that a proposal has been filed with Boris Johnson to make racing at Silverstone possible, The Sun reports that the government does not want to offer an exception to athletes. Johnson previously announced that all foreign travelers are required to spend two weeks in quarantine. This is of course a problem for Formula 1, who after a quarantine week in Austria, want to go straight to Great Britain for two races on the Silverstone circuit.
