Organisation Singapore GP in 'open dialogue' with Formula 1 about 2020 calendar

In the coming weeks it will become clear what the planned calendar for 2020 will look like. At the moment the expectation is that the Singapore Grand Prix will not be on that calendar, but the organisation there says it is still in talks with Formula 1. Just like the Monaco Grand Prix, the race in Singapore is organized on a street circuit right in the centre of the city. The construction of this circuit takes months of preparation and that is the reason why this year there will be no racing in Monaco anyway.
