Aguero joins Red Bull for F1's virtual Spanish Grand Prix

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero will compete for Red Bull Racing at this weekend’s Virtual Spanish Grand Prix, one of three footballers who will take part in the event. Formula 1 has held virtual events on its F1 2019 platform in place of postponed or cancelled grands prix, with Guan Yu Zhou, Charles Leclerc and Alexander Albon sharing the victories. Aguero, who has won four Premier League titles with Manchester City – including the famous winning goal in the 2011/12 decider – will join Albon at Red Bull. Also joining from the subs bench will be Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibault Courtois, who will compete for Alfa Romeo after taking part in the virtual Chinese GP for Red Bull,...
