Formula 1 could implement a further delay to the proposed new regulations as part of additional cost-cutting measures, according to Red Bull boss Christian Horner. Formula 1 was set to introduce a wide range of changes to the sporting and technical regulations for 2021. But the outbreak and spread of the coronavirus pandemic led to a unanimous agreement to defer the introduction of the regulations until 2022.
