MCL35 ‘More Consistent and Nicer to Drive’ than MCL34 – Lando Norris
Lando Norris believes the MCL35 is a more consistent
car to drive compared to its 2019 predecessor, but there are still some weaknesses
that mean they are not as fast as they would like to be. The McLaren F1 Team driver is heading into his second
season in Formula 1 after debuting last year, and only just missed out
on the top ten in championship, losing out to Racing Point F1 Team’s Sergio
Pérez in the final race of the season in Abu Dhabi when the Mexican
made a late pass for seventh position. Norris says that McLaren are a long way short with their
MCL35 compared to the W11 offering from the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula
