'We are still the slowest car' says Russell

George Russell is pleased with the progress of Williams across the winter but still feels that they have the slowest car on the Formula 1 grid. Williams appear to have closed the gap to the midfield, but Russell remains in no doubt that they are starting from the weakest position of any team on the grid.
