Wolff thrilled with progress of 'very mature' Nyck de Vries

Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff has expressed how thrilled he is by the performances of Formula 2 champion Nyck de Vries, now part of Mercedes' Formula E outfit, with Wolff praising the Dutchman's maturity in his rookie season. As of now, de Vries is the first Formula 2 champion not to move on to F1 since Davide Valsecchi as the 24-year-old got offered a drive at Mercedes' newly formed works team in FE.
