FIA and Formula 1 sign UN Sports for Climate Action Framework

The FIA and Formula 1 have signed the United Nations' Sports for Climate Action Framework, underlining their commitment to becoming carbon neutral by 2030. Formula 1 and the FIA have signed up to the United Nations' Sports for Climate Action Framework, they announced on Wednesday. To become a signatory of the framework, an organisation must adhere to the principles of promoting environmental responsibility, reducing climate impact, educating on climate action, promoting sustainable and responsible consumption and advocating climate action through communication.
