Jan.22 Claire Williams has admitted that Roy Nissany, the team's new test driver, could be on the grid in 2021. Nissany, 25, has been ridiculed by some for a lack of competitiveness, but he comes with the key backing of Canadian-Israeli billionaire Sylvan Adams. The Israeli driver, who is the son of the infamously slow former Minardi tester Chanoch Nissany, finished 22nd in Formula 2 in 2018 and did not race at all last year.
