Williams confident F1 car will be ready without delay:'Contingency time' in place
Claire Williams is confident her team will be able to get their new 2020 F1 challenger on track ready for the green light on the first day of winter testing. She insists Williams have "contingency time" in place should they pick up any delays. Tough Targets Before a wheel was even turned, Williams were put on the back-foot ahead of the 2019 F1 season which saw George Russell and Robert Kubica parked at the back of the grid for the duration. The British-based team are desperate to turn things around hence why their boss has set some "tough targets" which she believes "have been going well".
