Season Review: 2019 FIA Formula 1 World Championship – Alfa Romeo Racing

For Alfa Romeo Racing, 2019 was a year of consolidation rather than progress, with an all-new driver line-up of Kimi Räikkönen and Antonio Giovinazzi replacing Scuderia Ferrari bound Charles Leclerc and Indycar Series-bound Marcus Ericsson. Progress was made in 2019, with the team scoring nine more points than they did twelve months ago, but they didn’t make any progress in the Constructors’ Championship, again finishing eighth out of the ten teams on the grid.
