Formula 2 announce retirement of Anthoine Hubert's racing number

Formula 2 have announced they will retire the racing number of the late Anthoine Hubert, who suffered a fatal crash at the start of the Feature Race at Spa Francorchamps last season, as his number 19 was not on the F2's entry list for 2020. Unlike Formula 1, F2 drivers do not have free choice of their racing numbers. Number 19 was already retired for the rest of 2019 after Hubert's death.
