Renault's 2021 focus more advanced than any other team

Renault team boss Cyril Abiteboul believes no other team in the paddock is as focused on the 2021 season than Renault are. Whilst 2020 sees largely unchanged regulations, the following season will see a complete technical overhaul which many teams are eyeing as an opportunity to jump up the order and finally challenge the big three of Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull. Renault, which has failed to score a single podium since its return as a works team in 2016, is investing heavily in 2021 according to Abiteboul.
