Russell: Changes promising for Williams heading into 2020

George Russell anticipates a promising 2020 for Williams following its nightmare during the current Formula 1 campaign. After missing the start of pre-season testing and coming into the year with a poor performing and slow F1 car, Williams has been relegated to the back of the grid all season while rookie Russell has been unable to score a single point so far in 2019.
