Williams don't deserve help of budget cap - Villeneuve

Jacques Villeneuve has dismissed Formula 1's impending budget cap as "pure socialism" and says his former employers Williams are not worthy of the potential benefits it could bring them. F1 teams will have "performance-related costs" limited to $175million from 2021 and beyond as Liberty Media looks to level the playing field and make racing closer on-track.
