Vettel: Mercedes are close to perfection

Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel says Mercedes' strength comes from their ability to be ‘close to perfection' every time they go out on track. Speaking after the Japanese Grand Prix, where Ferrari turned a 1-2 starting grid into a P2 and P7 finish, Sebastian Vettel hailed Mercedes' level of performance after Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas wrapped up a sixth consecutive Constructor' Championship for the Silver Arrows.
