Lewis Hamilton says the engine department at Mercedes hasn't been quite as successful as other departments in terms of progress this year. Mercedes are ending 2019 seemingly with a little bit of a disadvantage to Ferrari in terms of outright engine power – an area Mercedes have been the leaders of the pack in for almost the entirety of the hybrid era.
