Alfa Romeo team boss Frederic Vasseur believes the team have a "realistic chance" of both cars finishing in the top 10 at the Japanese Grand Prix at the weekend. Alfa sit in P8 in the constructors' championship as it stands, after a relatively inconsistent season so far, but Vasseur believes the team can secure a double points finish in Japan at the weekend.
