Sky Sports and Channel 4 strike new coverage deal

Sky Sports and Channel 4 have agreed a new Formula 1 race coverage package which will see the sport’s presence on free-to-air broadcast continue in the United Kingdom until 2024. Ahead of the 2019 season, Sky Sports had exclusive coverage, only for Channel 4 to strike a deal to show the British Grand Prix at Silverstone as well as limited highlights of other races on the calendar.
