Sergio Perez: SportPesa Racing Point “has big potential” in coming years

Sergio Perez has said that SportPesa Racing Point “has big potential” over the coming years after signing a long-term contract since the team rebuilt itself after predecessor Force India went into administration last year. This time last year SportPesa Racing Point had emerged as a new name on the grid, known as Racing Point Force India at the time, after Force India went into administration and were taken over by a consortium led by Lawrence Stroll, trying to rebuild themselves since. It was announced last month that Perez had signed a new contract with Racing Point, committing to the team for another three years until the end of 2022 making him their first driver...
