Carlos Sainz Jr. has admitted Formula 1 and the FIA need to come up with a new rule to avoid such a frantic Q3 session like we witnessed at Monza a week ago. Sainz was the only driver who came back in time to complete his final flying lap for the conclusive session of the Italian Grand Prix qualifying. Every team were reluctant to move from the pit-lane first because of the tow-advantage a car can get at Monza. The Spaniard could've taken a surprise pole position if his lap was fast enough, however, Sainz was unable to do that and he wants a rule to avoid such "chaos" again in the future.
