Franz Tost will help Pierre Gasly 'bring all the ingredients back together'
Pierre Gasly has had a tough season after being released from Red Bull back down to Toro Rosso. Franz Tost is confident that he can rebuild the Frenchman and get his confidence back at the junior team. “If a driver returns from Red Bull to Toro Rosso, then he is in shock and demotivated. He no longer has any confidence,” Tost says about the Pierre Gasly situation to the official Formula 1 website. “It is the task of the team and me to support him, to help bring all the necessary ingredients back together.
