Williams extend Mercedes engine deal until 2025

Williams have extended their engine deal with Mercedes, re-signing with the championship-leaders through to the end of 2025. Williams first took on Mercedes power back in 2014, the year that Formula 1 swapped to 1.6 litre V6 turbocharged hybrid power units. The team finished third in the 2014 championship, repeating that feat a year later before falling off the pace. Williams' troubles, though, have nothing to do with the Mercedes power unit, which remains one of the best and most reliable.
