Hulkenberg targeting strong finish to European leg of the season

Nico Hulkenberg may be without a seat for 2020 but the Renault driver is very much focused on securing more points for the team this season, as Formula 1 heads to Monza for the Italian Grand Prix. Hulkenberg endured a weird week ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix, after weeks of rumours Esteban Ocon was confirmed to be replacing him next season at Renault leaving him searching for a seat. However, after a respectable qualifying, the German was able to score an eighth-place finish whilst his teammate Ricciardo was down in 14th. A sign that he is worthy of a seat next season.
