Kubica, Giovinazzi, Sainz take further penalties at Spa

Further penalties were dished out ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix, affecting Robert Kubica, Carlos Sainz and Antonio Giovinazzi. Both Kubica and Giovinazzi suffered power unit failures in Saturday's qualifying at Spa-Francorchmps. Article continues under video Williams have opted to make changes to Kubica's car, breaking parc ferme, which will see the Pole start from the pit-lane. Giovinazzi will drop to the back of the grid after taking a new power unit. Sainz came into the weekend after taking a new ICE, and has added a fresh control electronics to his pool after going out in Q1 on Saturday.
