SportPesa Racing Point are not far removed from announcing its driver line-up for the 2020 season, according to team principal Otmar Szafnauer, as current drivers Sergio Pérez and Lance Stroll are expected to stay on board. Stroll already has a contract for the 2020 season, as the young Canadian put pen to paper a multiple-year deal when signing on at Racing Point at the end of last year. The 20-year-old came over from Williams alongside his father Lawrence, who bought a majority stake when taking over Force India in the summer of 2018 before changing the team's name.
