Raikkonen: Every little bit of progress helps

Heading to Germany on the back of three successive top-ten results, Kimi Raikkonen says Alfa Romeo are benefitting from 'little bits of progress' but as the saying goes, 'every little bit' helps. Raikkonen's season, his first back with the former Sauber team, began with a run of points-scoring finishes only for the team to fall off the pace. Complaining that his C38 was just to slow, Alfa Romeo set about introducing small updates which have paid off of late. Points in France, Austria and Britain have elevated Raikkonen to eighth in the Drivers' standings where he is 13 points behind Carlos Sainz in the battle for best of the rest.
