SportPesa Racing Point had the ability to score points at Silverstone

Sergio Perez believes SportPesa Racing Point were capable of scoring points at the British Grand Prix, but ultimately struggled all weekend and left with no points. In front of the crowd at Silverstone Sergio Perez and Lance Stroll had a poor qualifying, starting 15th and 18th respectively. The race didn't offer much better fortunes for them as Perez finished last of the drivers that finished and Stroll came 13th. It meant they went without points again and have now not scored since the Canadian Grand Prix.
