Potential Force India buyer set to take administrators to court

It seems a long time since Lawrence Stroll bought Force India, rebranded them as Racing Point and brought in his son Lance, but the saga appears not to be over as a former potential buyer seems set to take Force India's administrators to court. Force India went into administration midway through the 2018 season and were saved when Lawrence Stroll bought them. They were effectively a new team, however, and any points they won were under a different name.
