'Not while I'm here. I'll fight for it' - Hamilton says on Silverstone future

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has vowed to keep on fighting for the British Grand Prix's future this weekend, when he arrives at Silverstone. Sunday is set to be the last scheduled event at the Silverstone track, with the circuit's contract running out after this weekend's race. Negotiations for the race at the track are still happening, with both parties hoping to strike a deal beyond the 2020 season. Hamilton has said to Sky Sports F1 that if the circuit does disappear from the F1 calendar, then the sport will lose so much of "its essence".
