Ricciardo wants to use McLaren form to reach the next level
Daniel Ricciardo has admitted that the standard McLaren are setting at the minute is the aim for Renault to reach and is hoping that the Woking outfit's form will spur him and Renault on to the next level. Daniel Ricciardo and Nico Hulkenberg are tenth and 11th respectively in the Drivers' Championship helping Renault to fifth place in the Constructors' standing as the British Grand Prix approaches. Despite being best of the rest last season, Renault has been outperformed by McLaren this season, whom they supply an engine for with McLaren's superior downforce apparent in recent races.
