Toro Rosso makes second tactical power unit change

Honda has confirmed Toro Rosso's Alexander Albon has taken a second fresh power unit ahead of final practice for the Austrian Grand Prix on Saturday, adding more parts to his season pool. Toro Rosso confirmed ahead of the Spielberg race weekend that Albon would be using the upgraded power unit after its introduction last weekend in France, resulting in a penalty that would drop him to the back of the grid.
