Toyoharu Tanabe has confirmed Honda will be bringing a fourth version of their power unit for the 2019 Formula 1 season. The Honda boss didn't reveal when that engine will be introduced and become available for both Red Bull and Toro Rosso. “We introduced the third spec before the season half.
