McLaren have 'no plan to put Alonso in 2020 car'

McLaren has said that there is no plan for Fernando Alonso to return to the team for the 2020 season as they are happy with their driver line up. Alonso remains an ambassador for the team and is thought to be involved in some other racing series with the brand. It has been reported that Alonso is free to join another team if he wished so the Spaniard's future is still very uncertain.  "We have no plan to put Fernando back in the Formula 1 car at McLaren," Andrea Seidl said to Motorsport.com.
