These are the plans to create a three-stop strategy at Zandvoort

Drivers, fans and pundits alike have said changes to the Zandvoort circuit are needed ahead of Formula 1's return in 2020. Dutch GP sporting director Jan Lammers has revealed his plans of creating a three-stop strategy. The pitlane at the circuit is rather short in comparison to other tracks on the current calendar. While that might encourage a two-stop race because the time in the pits is reduced, Lammers hopes to increase the pit entry speed. "The other big change to enhance overtaking will be the pit entry. That will be made quicker. So we will have pitstops of maximum elapsed time 14 seconds. If we do that we hope that we can create three-pitstop strategies," Lammers told...
