Blunt Magnussen: 'It's because they can't drive these fast cars'

Kevin Magnussen has demonstrated his blunt side after a discussion about reducing the amount of downforce on the current Formula 1 car. He believes the drivers who are asking for a reduced downforce, are drivers who can't handle the current speed. The current Formula 1 model has come under fire in recent times, but not everyone is on that side. Magnussen actually has a lot of praise for the 2019 car which is much faster than recent predecessors. "Those drivers that want to have less downforce, it’s because they can’t drive these fast cars. They want to go back to what they were good at but that’s their own thing – nobody wants slower cars," Magnussen told...
