Hamilton: 'I take a lot of pride in my work and particularly my track record of not making mistakes'

Lewis Hamilton has admitted he feels he has hit the ‘sweet spot’ with his consistency of driving and takes ‘a lot of pride’ in his track record of not making any mistakes. The Mercedes driver has won the past three races this season and his fifth in total, putting him 29 points clear at the top of the drivers’ standings in front of teammate Valtteri Bottas. In the Canadian Grand Prix Hamilton made a mistake during practice on the Friday and crashed his car but overcame the issue to take the win from Vettel thanks to a penalty.
