Binotto: Seb could not have done anything different

In the wake of the controversial 2019 Canadian Grand Prix, the Formula 1 world is split over the penalty dished out during the race that ultimately robbed Ferrari and Sebastian Vettel of victory, spoilt what could have been a cracking final 20 laps and handed Lewis Hamilton maximum points which were not his for the taking, or so it was thought. Naturally, Ferrari are backing their errant driver as they have done in the past, with team principal Mattia Binotto ordering his team to lodge an intent to appeal. After the race in Montreal, the team boss told Italian journos, 'It is not for us to make these decisions. There are people in charge of taking measures of which we can only take note.'...
