Tost: Toro Rosso not on the same level as in Monaco

Toro Rosso team principal Franz Tost has admitted the team has taken a step backwards from where it was a fortnight ago in Monaco. Toro Rosso endured a difficult Canadian Grand Prix, with Daniil Kvyat ending the race in 10th with a single point while teammate Alexander Albon was forced to retire after contact on lap one with Antonio Giovinazzi.
