Tost: Toro Rosso finally has a 'complete package'

Toro Rosso team principal Franz Tost believes that Toro Rosso finally has a "complete package" with the team finding another level of performance in 2019. In Monaco, the team recorded its first double points finish since the 2017 Spanish Grand Prix, with Daniil Kvyat and Alexander Albon finishing seventh and eighth respectively. Ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix, Tost paid tribute to the team that has put together a highly competitive car according to the team boss.
